Advanced Development Program (ADP)
What is the Advanced Development Program (ADP)?
The ADP program will:- develop players in pursuit of high-level hockey;
- prepare players for opportunities at the post-secondary, provincial and national levels:
- NCAA and CIS/USPORT
- Provincial Women’s Hockey League (PWHL)
- Hockey Canada teams
- seek to provide training with high standards of skill development, leadership and commitment;
- provide coaching and training at the elite level; and,
- include U15 AA, U18 AA and U22 AA (Junior) teams. These teams will continue to draw players from other levels. No player is limited by the level at which they currently play.
